What are the required documents to apply for E-Visa?
Only a clear scanned copy of the first page of your passport with at least 6 months of validity from the travel date, is required for application.
What type of Umrah packages do we offer?
Currently, we are providing exclusive services for private Umrah packages only. Group Umrah services will be offered soon.
1. Transfer 50% of the due payment to one of our accounts.
2. Confirm the payment by sending the receipt to the booking person.
3. Fill out the registration form sent to you by the booking person.
Do you provide Umrah E-Visa only?
Yes. We provide Umrah visas for pilgrims traveling with a Pakistani passport with or without sharing transport included.
What is the difference between transport included and without transport E-Visa?
- Transport Visa: It enables you to avail transport services from Jeddah to Makkah and vice versa, Makkah to Madinah, and vice versa via sharing transport buses provided by the visa issuing company.
- Without Transport Visa: It doesn’t include the option of shared transport.
Is vaccination required before going for Umrah?
Yes. Polio and COVID-19 vaccination is required for Umrah pilgrims traveling from Pakistan.
When is the ideal time to go for Umrah on a limited budget?
The ideal time to perform Umrah when traveling on a limited budget is after Ramadan (5-30th Shawal) and After Hajj season (Muharram and Safar).
How do I get an Umrah package?
To get a package, kindly go to our “Get a quote” section and fill out the form. Our agent will revert shortly with the desired package.
How much time period is required for visa processing?
For visa processing, a minimum of 3 days are required.
What is the duration of E-Visa and how long can I stay after securing my E-Visa?
E-Visa is valid for 90 days, with a maximum stay validity of 30 days.
Can I perform Umrah more than once a year?
Yes. There are no restrictions on the number of times you can perform an Umrah during the year.
How do I get an appointment to pray in Riaz-ul-Jannah in Madinah?
To book an appointment, you need to create an account on the “Nusuk” application by the Saudi Government. Appointments usually open up on every Friday for the coming week.
Can a lady travel by herself?
According to the Saudi government and Shariah too, a woman must travel with a lawful mahram (close male relative), i.e., father, son, brother, grandson, maternal or paternal uncle, grandfather, nephew, father-in-law, and son-in-law.

- Change in Umrah Package: Changes to the Umrah package, may be made up to 30 days prior to departure. Any changes made will incur a fee.
- Hotel Confirmation: The above mentioned hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- In case of non-availability, an equivalent hotel will be booked for the members.
