Where can I join the Northern areas trip from? (Fixed Departure Tour)
You can come from any city of Pakistan to Islamabad and join our trip since Islamabad is our base station.
Will you provide train/ bus/ air tickets to travel to Islamabad and back to my city?
Our group size varies from 12-21 persons in one vehicle.
What is the child policy for a tour?
Private Tours: The lumpsum package price quoted is already inclusive of the kid’s charges.
Fixed departure tours: Below 3 years – Free of Cost. 3-7 Years – 50% of the charges. Above 7 Years – Full Charges.
What is tour refund or cancellation policy?
Group Tours
– 50% Refund if Cancellation 7 Days before the trip starts.
– 30% Refund if Cancellation 5 Days before the trip starts.
– 0% Refund if Cancellation is Less than 5 Days before the trip starts.
Private/ Customized Tours:
Hotel:
– As per hotel corporate policy.
(Some hotels don’t provide cash refunds and allow adjustment of the booking within the same calendar year)
Transport:
– Before 1 week: 100% refund to be made.
– Between 1 week and 24 hours: 90% refund to be made.
– Within 24 hours: 80% refund to be made.
Service Charges – Cash Refund:
In any sort of cancelation, 10% of the total package price will be deducted as Eventica’s service charges.
